1) How do I log in?
   a. Enter your username and password in the fields on the top right of the page.
       Your user name is your work email address.
       The password was sent to you in an email by our administrator.

2) How do I change my Password?
   a. After logging in click on your name on the top right of the page.
       On the next page there is a link to change your 
       password on the left side of the page above the grey box.

      Enter your current password then your new password twice and click submit 
      to confirm the change.

3) How do I change my branch?
   a. If your company has multiple locations you can switch between branches via the 
       Change link on the top right of  the page next to the currently selected branch. 
      After clicking the link you will be presented with a drop down box listing all of your
      company’s branches that are setup with Phoenix Tube.  Simply select the address 
      of the branch you wish to switch to and click select.

     Note: Phoenix Tube’s customer codes consist of 8 letters, the first four will signify 
               the company and the last four signify the location.  You may notice some codes 
               do not directly match your company’s current name. This can happen for a variety 
               of reasons,mainly when a company or branch is sold or bought.  

4) How do I check current inventory?
   a. Click the Inventory link in the top bar of the webpage.  From here you can select the size, 
       shape, and grade of the material you need and will be presented with our current inventory
       levels on the item.You may also perform a broader search by not choosing all fields 
       before clicking search.
      
        All search results can be sent to your email by clicking the Email CSV button at the top of the results.
     
5) How do I check my order status?
   a. Click the Orders link in the top bar of the webpage.  From here you can select either open orders
       or shipped orders.You may search by PO number for specific results or you may simply search 
       by date to see all orders with the currently selected status.

6) How do I access shipping and test report documents for my shipped order?
   a. Click the Packlist/Test Report link in the top bar of the webpage.  From here you can search for an order
       based on either your PO number or Phoenix’s order number. Once the results are returned simply
       click the Email button next to the item you need the documents for and a copy will be sent to 
       your Email address. 

7) How do I find a list of your products?
   a. Click the Products link in the top bar of the webpage.From here you can view a page for each shape 
       we produce with a weight chart for easy reference.

8) How do I find my sales rep?
   a. From the home page click the Contact Sales for Your Location link in the quick links section 
       at the bottom of the page.  
       From here you will see a color coded map with the sales person’s contact information for your region.

9) How do I view the pictures?
   a. From the home page click the About Us link in the quick links section at the bottom of the page. 
       From here you can learn a bit about Phoenix’s history as well as access our image gallery via 
       a link on the left side of the page for a glimpse at our production operation.
